Jeff Oliver
Jeff Oliver MPAS, MSS, PA-C

Colonel (Retired) Jeff Oliver is currently a full-time Assistant Professor at the University of Mary Hardin- Baylor’s Master of Science Physician Assistant Program in Belton, Texas. Jeff retired from the U.S. Army with over 41-years of combined Active Duty and Reserve service. He is a 1996 graduate of the Army Physician Assistant Program, has completed a residency in Emergency Medicine, and has held Faculty appointments with the Interservice Physician Assistant Program, the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC)-Omaha, Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Jeff holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies in Family Medicine from UNMC and a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. His military career culminated as the Senior Physician Assistant to the Commanding General, U.S. Army Forces Command. Jeff also served as the Deputy Chief of the Army Medical Specialist (SP) Corps and the Assistant Executive Officer to the 44th Surgeon General of the United States Army, the first Physician Assistant to do so in both positions. He is also a former Chief of the Physician Assistant Section/Assistant Specialist Corps Chief and PA Consultant to the 43rd Surgeon General. Jeff has been married to his hometown sweetheart for 34 years, they have three adult children, and one granddaughter, whom he draws on for his daily inspiration.
