MAJ (P) Chris Smith and MAJ Patrick Rose from Human Resources Command are attending the August SAPA Conference. MAJ (P) Smith is scheduled to do a breakout session on "The ARSTRUC, Army Manning Guidance, OTSG Maning Guidance... What does it all mean for AMEDD assignments?" MAJ Patrick Rose will be available to for individual career and assignment counseling during the conference.
