Military Student Track – SAPA Annual CME Conference

Hour One: MASS Posture Theory & Foot Biomechanics

• Understanding MASS Posture Theory and its basis in Newtonian Physics
• Exploring the etiology of overpronation and its impact on the musculoskeletal system
• Restoring foot function using proper force distribution to prevent overuse, traumatic, and degenerative conditions
• Introduction to Logan Basic and RRR (Relax, Release, Relief) techniques
• Techniques to reduce foot and ankle pain and restore full range of motion within minutes

Hour Two: Hands-On Demonstration & Practice

• Review of lower extremity mechanics and the kinetic chain
• Application of Relax, Release, Relief techniques to interrupt chronic pain cycles
• Non-invasive, drug-free methods to address:
  • Fibromyalgia & CRPS
  • Athletic injuries, muscle strains, post-implant pain
